PawSpa aimed to create a friendly, professional, and smooth user experience, ensuring pet parents can easily manage appointments, track services, and engage with the community. Additionally, keeping users informed about ongoing and completed service stages enhances transparency and improves their perceived control.


Home Screen

  • User Greeting: Personalized welcome (“Hello, Aarav”) for a friendly touch.

  • Service Status Overview: Real-time notification like “Simba will be ready by 04:30 PM today!”

    “Contact” CTA for instant communication.

  • Educational Section: “Understand your pet perfectly” with articles/health info.

  • Service List: Key services like Bathing and Paw Massage are showcased visually with ratings.

  • Product Marketplace: Promote eco-friendly consumables with discounts.

  • Quick "Buy Now" CTA to encourage upselling.

  • Community Engagement: Special pet events and social sharing spaces to build loyalty.

Design Solution

Track Progress Screen

  • Service Timeline Visualization: Step-by-step stages: Check-in, Bath, Drying, Trimming, Pickup readiness.

  • Live Progress Tracker: Real photos and mini updates during each service milestone.

  • Time-Based Status: For ongoing steps, show "10 minutes left". For completed steps, show exact completion time.

  • Next Action Prompt: "Book Next Appointment" CTA for easy re-engagement.


Messages Screen

  • Encrypted Communication: Assurance banner about privacy.

  • Chat and Voice Notes: Groomer-customer chat with options for text, images, and voice messaging.

  • User Controls: Message copy, edit, delete options inline for a richer chat experience

Billing + Consumables Screen

  • Service Details with Pricing: Display main service + consumables (like shampoos, oils, sprays).

  • Selectable Add-ons: Users can check/uncheck optional consumables.

  • Quantity Selector: For services like "Paw Massage" (sessions-based).

  • Transparent Order Summary: Breakdown of items, service fee, estimated savings, and total price.

  • Clear Payment CTA: "Proceed to Pay" button at the bottom for frictionless checkout.
